Using Some in English

Some is used to mean ‘a little’ and ‘a few’. Also, some can be used with both countable and uncountable nouns. When used with countable nouns, it means a few, when used with uncountable nouns, it means a little.

Some, when used with countable nouns , nouns are plural and when used with uncountable nouns, they are always singular.
